The decision making process of PCRA follows the following channel:
 

Work

PCRA is a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860. Management of the Society vests with its Governing Body. Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas is the ex-officio Chairman of the Governing Body and Additional Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas is the ex-officio Vice Chairman. In addition to Governing Body, there is an Executive Committee who is responsible for the implementation of plans and programmes of the Society.

  • Governing Body is the highest decision making body of PCRA and carries out the objectives of the Society. It inter alia determines policies, priorities and also major and long term development programmes.
  • Executive committee works under the supervision and directions of Governing Body and is primarily responsible implementing the programmes and plans of the Society.
